Join us for a relaxed evening of Mindful Matters. An evening where we will relax, be mindful, and be aware of “Ourselves!” We are often too busy, too worried, too sad, or too tired to pay attention to what we need. In this safe, open, nonjudgmental space, we can learn as well as teach each other how to cope with life, grow with life and love life. If you are willing to listen to your inner guidance and with the help of like companions, you can get out of your head and give yourself permission to slow down, focus, listen and be mindful! You are welcome to share as much as you wish or just listen. Everyone is different and that is the way it should be. Suggested donation $10; but if money is tight don’t worry, come anyway and pay it forward later down the road.

The Nov. 7th topic will focus on – “THE POWER IS WITHIN YOU – REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE”

Remembering Who You Are is the key to a fulfilling successful and abundant life. But do we truly know who we are? We are ever changing; however, our true self is still always there, even if it is buried under decades of muck. There are so many things we can be or become when we remove the muck and truly remember who we are, but we too often are willing to abandon ourselves, our needs, our spirit in trying to please everyone else. But you can get it back. I will share with you how I “remembered” who I was through my recent weight loss which I refer to as “Mindful Weight Loss.” And as I started my journey, my body and mind started to remember who I was and in so doing my soul, my spirit reawakened! The Power Is Within You!
