Jeanne started her healing career in 1980 at massage school in Boulder, Colorado. She has owned her own business in Colorado, Florida and North Carolina, as well as working for chiropractors and spas.  A few years later, she was initiated into the Usui Reiki healing art. At this same time, she started working with herbs, growing them organically and making her own medicine and healing balm.

In 2008, she left North Carolina and went West, first to Montana, where she studied with a Shaman from the Northwest tradition.  Then Jeanne made a move to Durango, Colorado and studied with a Ute shaman for a short time. Winding her way back to North Carolina she was again presented with a shamanic path and studied for a year with another powerful woman who is of the Mayan path. Her work is a combination of all these traditions put together with a great deal of empathy and love.
