E-Squared, by Pam Grout

E-SquaredDon’t face reality. Create reality!
E-Squared could best be described as a lab manual with simple experiments to prove once and for all that reality is malleable, that consciousness trumps matter, and that you shape your life with your mind. Rather than take it on faith, you are invited to conduct nine 48-hour experiments to prove there really is a positive, loving, totally hip force in the universe. Yes, you read that right. It says prove. The experiments, each of which can be conducted with absolutely no money and very little time expenditure, demonstrate that spiritual principles are as dependable as gravity, as consistent as Newton’s laws of motion. For years, you’ve been hoping and praying that spiritual principles are true. Now, you can know.

E-Squared proves the following:
1. There is an invisible energy force or field of infinite possibilities.
2. You impact the field and draw from it according to your beliefs and expectations.
3. You, too, are a field of energy.
4. Whatever you focus on expands.
5. Your connection to the field provides accurate and unlimited guidance.
6. Your thoughts and consciousness impact matter.
7. Your thoughts and consciousness provide the scaffolding for your physical body.
8. You are connected to everything and everyone else in the universe.
9. The universe is limitless, abundant, and strangely accommodating.

Fried, by Joan Borysenko

FriedThis Is an Invitation to Take Your Power Back!

What happened to the spark you had as a child that powered curiosity, engagement with life, and creativity? Has it burned out? Are you feeling emotionally and physically exhausted and cynical, wondering if you’ve got what it takes to make it in this rapidly changing world? Burnout looks a lot like depression, but it’s not a biological bogeyman that medication or simple stress management can cure. It’s a disorder of hope and will that sucks the life out of competent, idealistic, hardworking people like you; and it will be an ongoing challenge for you to take your power back!

In this breakthrough work, Joan Borysenko, Ph.D.-a Harvard-trained medical scientist, psychologist, and renowned pioneer in stress and health-straddles psychology, biology, and soul in a completely fresh approach to burnout. Joan’s deeply human (and often amusing) personal accounts of burnout and recovery; the science of helplessness, hopelessness, and empowerment; and the rich wisdom of people who have gone from fried to revived-including many of Joan’s vibrant community of 5,000 Facebook Friends-make this powerful and practical book a must-read for our times.

We Are Not Alone: A Complete Guide to Interdimensional Cooperation, by Atala Dorothy Toy

We Are Not Alone

In the early 1990s, while working at the United Nations Development Programme in New York, Atala Dorothy Toy went through a near-death experience that took her on a journey and showed her a new way of perceiving energy–one in which all objects in the universe (including machines, stones, and trees) are alive, conscious, and willing to cooperate with humans to fashion a healthier, more holistic world. Now in this easy-to-read book she teaches the deceptively simple art of how to communicate with any object or life form. Whether it’s a pet, tree, gemstone, power line, computer, nature spirit, extra-terrestrial, angel, or inner guide–the process is the same. All it takes is knowing you can do it and then learning how.

Staubs and Ditchwater by H. Byron Ballard

Stuabs and DitchwaterAfter years of pondering, Byron Ballard has finally written a primer for the kind of magic she practices. Driven to it by colleagues, friends and students, writing this little book is an act of stubborn devotion to a fading culture.

This deceptively simple system of folk magic has come down to modern Southern culture through the immigrants and natives who called these blue hills home.

Written in an easily accessible style and filled with insights and stories, Staubs and Ditchwater: a Friendly and Useful Introduction to Hillfolks Hoodoo is part memoir, part workbook.

H. Byron Ballard is Asheville’s Village Witch and does workshops and lectures regionally. She was a featured speaker at the Sacred Space Conference in 2011 and is a popular teacher at the Southeast Women s Herb Conference and Pagan Unity Festival. This book includes Hillfolks Hoodoo and the Question of Cultural Strip-mining the paper she delivered at Harvard’s 2006 conference Forging Folklore. Ballard serves as a ritualist and teacher for Mother Grove Goddess Temple in Asheville, NC

The Order Of Melchizedek – Love, Willing Service, & Fulfillment by Revs. Dan Chesbro & James Erickson

Available NOW at Crystal Visions!

For years the Order of Melchizedek has been shrouded in mystery and information about this secret priesthood has been scarce. Now in answer to a growing number of questions and increasing awareness of its existence, Rev. Daniel Chesbro, the founder of the present day order, has written, in collaboration with long-time colleague and fellow priest Rev. James Erickson, the first ever book on the subject: The Order of Melchizedek: Love, Willing Service and Fulfilment.

The book is intended to answer questions about the history of the priesthood, about Melchizedek and the teachings. According to Chesbro, Melchizedek was one of the incarnations of ‘The Christ’, who came to earth without a birth experience and took the form of an androgynous ‘spirit’ like being, rather than a ‘physical’ one. Chesbro reveals that the name of the order comes from Melchizedek, of the Old Testament, the “King of Salem” and “The Priest of the Most High God” who met with Abraham as he returned from his battles and gave him bread and wine, in a way that foreshadows the Holy Communion of Jesus. Historically, we discover that Melchizedek appears in many religious texts and faiths and is held as a beloved teacher and prophet.

However, Melchizedek and the Order has been in the shadows for over 4,000 years until, writes Chesbro, in 1986, he is ‘given’ information and guidance that “It is time to call the Priests.”

“Daniel Chesbro has written a blueprint of where we are today while providing a road map for the future…
The book is recommended reading for those seeking hope, direction, and spiritual insight”
Glenn Sanderfur, Director of Development Edgar Cayce organizations, and author of Lives of the Masters

Chesbro outlines the purpose of the Order, in its new form, its principles of healing and teaching as we emerge into the Age of Aquarius. The focus is on self-love, self-confidence, balance and the pursuit of one’s own High Spiritual Self.

Chesbro’s background as a scholar of Divinity informs each chapter. Evidently, there is much to learn about this mysterious Cosmic Christ and the philosophy surrounding good and evil, free will and accountability, dimensions, incarnation and reincarnation, and unconditional love. The concept of ‘the Law of One’ and returning Home surface throughout the book which in turn reflects a harmonious view of religion where one God can be worshiped in a variety of different ways.

Undoubtedly a gifted communicator, we learn in the book how Chesbro has grown this secret priesthood to over 17,000 across the world and that the Order of Melchizedek embodies much of what it stands for. The priesthood comprises people from every lifestyle imaginable who work in complete freedom to serve the human condition. There are no robes, no doctrine, no discrimination and no dogma, just unconditional acceptance. This is a celebration of the Cosmic Christ.

The book was created from transcribed interviews and edited and revised in places by Rev. Jim Erickson

Rev. Daniel Chesbro is an ordained minister in the Order of Melchizedek. Trained in the Andover Newton Theological School, Crozer Seminary and Colgate Divinity School, he is the head of A School for the Prophets and lectures every weekend throughout the United States and Canada. He lives in Conesus, New York.

Rev. James Erickson has the gift of clairsentience. He is a psychic and aura reader as well as a healer. He was ordained into the Order of Melchizedek in 1993. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

A Golf Course in Miracles – by Charlotte McGinnis and Gene Bogart

Not just for golfers only!

Using golf as a metaphor for life,

A Golf Course in Miracles

by Charlotte McGinnis & Gene Bogart

“Hits a metaphysical HOLE-IN-ONE!”

Emotional Intelligence is necessary for success in everything. When you are able to manage your emotions, you are in control. You are not being taken over by the demons of stress! On the golf course or in daily life, those who attain success and mastery are those who are able to manage their emotions when circumstances are not so cordial. Easier said than done, right? Well, the connections golf-pro Charlotte McGinnis and co-author Gene Bogart make are nothing short of revelatory, and put the power of golf—and life—into your own hands.

Full of wisdom and spiritual insight, McGinnis and Bogart take the teachings of the world-renowned text A Course in Miraclesand apply them to the game of golf with ‘swinging’ results. A Golf Course in Miracles is not the kind of book that needs to be read in one continuous flow. It can, to be sure; but it can also be read a little here, a little there, as it is in many ways a ‘series of essays’ on various topic areas of golf, and life, and the nature of the universe itself. It is intended to be light-hearted—even humorous at times—and is uplifting, motivational, and inspiring throughout. Divided into twenty-seven “holes,” the authors break down the mental checklist of all golfers—a list that mirrors the same thought processes of life—and teach a new way of seeing and experiencing that is full of peace and understanding. When applied, they create an aura of calm no golf ball—or any other outside influence—can penetrate.

With over fifty combined years of studying, teaching, and applying spiritual and holistic practices, McGinnis and Bogart use golf as a metaphor for life in a book that is surely “not for golfers only.” Their message: Peace is always a choice that is available at any time… and the skills and tools taught in this book are designed to create a more serene and joyful journey, not merely lower your handicap.

In fact, if you’re not careful, A Golf Course in Miracles might inspire as much change in your life as it does in your golf game!

A Book of Spiritual Wisdom for All Days – by MariJo Moore

Introduction:

The entries* in this compilation are based upon spiritual intuitive consultations from the past twenty years. I am gifted with spiritual insight, the ability to be a “medium” for those who have passed over, and have had the opportunity to work with many people who have come to me to ask for guidance, spiritual support, and to contact their loved ones. Though it is impossible for any spiritual medium to claim accuracy a hundred percent of the time, I am blessed with a gift strong enough to be able to be used by Spirit** to help others in times of need.

Some of the subjects in these entries were once considered “taboo to discuss.” That time has passed. We are now in a spiritual shift where we must deal with everything that has happened to us, consider the possibilities of future happenings, and glean wisdom from these to help us continue to thrive in our spiritual progress on this planet.

I do not claim to be an expert on any one subject. I do not claim to be anything other than who I am: a woman who has the uncanny ability to listen to the other side and bring forth messages. I give credit to Spirit for this gift, and for allowing me to be a vessel.

Although broken at times, I am willing to keep going forward during the mending.

The quotes at the beginning of each entry are from my collective writings – some old, some new.

My objective is to help those who can be helped with these insights.

Again, I thank Spirit for allowing me to share.

** Please note there are four weekly entries for each of the twelve months. I am aware that some months sometimes have five weeks, but in order to use this book during any year, I suggest during the months with five weeks, you choose one of the four entries and use it for two weeks.

** Spirit is used synonymously with God, Creator, Universe and All There Is.
